As young holiday goers, we loved the clean and beautiful rooms, with spacious bathrooms. The hotel's excellent location, close to bus and metro stops, made it easy for us to explore various tourist attractions. The smell of the hotel as soon as you enter is absolutely delightful. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, suggesting restaurants and arranging airport rides. The hotel restaurant provided quick and tasty food, and the rooftop area was a nice place to unwind after a long day.

Plus, the metro station and hop, on hop, off stop were just a couple of blocks away. the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, providing clear directions and arranging taxis when needed. the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The room was starting to look a bit worn and tired. It could use some updating and maintenance.

It made navigating the city a breeze. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from popular attractions like the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. We were right in the middle of everything. the rooftop bar had amazing views and a cozy atmosphere. Although the hot tub wasn't open, the drinks were enjoyable and we even got a 2 for 1 offer on our first round.

The water pressure in the shower on the fifth floor was very weak. It made for a less than satisfying shower experience.
